Private Therapy for High-Performing Men

From the outside, your life works.
You’re capable. You perform. You handle responsibility at a high level.
But internally, something feels off—and the way you normally solve problems isn’t working here.
You may be dealing with:
Patterns around sex or pornography that feel increasingly difficult to control
A relationship that’s strained, distant, or no longer functioning the way it should
A constant push for more—more success, more money—that never actually resolves
You’ve tried to manage it.
Through discipline.
Through willpower.
Through staying busy.
And it works—until it doesn’t.

A constant push for more—more success, more money—that never actually resolves
You’ve tried to manage it.
Through discipline.
Through willpower.
Through staying busy.
And it works—until it doesn’t.
This isn’t a willpower problem.
And it’s not solved at the surface.
Most of what you’ve tried is built around control.
Managing behavior.
Setting rules.
Staying ahead of the pattern.
And for someone like you, it can work—for a while.
But it doesn’t resolve what’s actually driving it.
These patterns aren’t random.
They’re structured.
They have a function.
And they’re tied to how you’ve learned to think, respond, and operate over time.
This work isn’t about just stopping behavior.
It’s about understanding the system underneath it—and changing your relationship to it.
In our work, we focus on:
Identifying the underlying dynamics driving the pattern—not just the behavior
Understanding how early experiences and conditioning continue to shape your responses
Building real mastery, presence, and alignment—not short-term suppression
This is structured, direct, and depth-oriented work.
Not open-ended therapy.
Not surface-level solutions.
The patterns tend to show up in a few specific areas.
The work is tailored—but the underlying structure is consistent.
Sex & Pornography Patterns
When behavior feels less like a choice—and more like something you manage.
Repetition despite clear intentions
Increasing difficulty maintaining control
A growing gap between how you’re operating and how you want to live
Focus of the work:
Identify what’s driving the pattern beneath the behavior
Develop real mastery—not cycles of suppression and relapse
Bring behavior into alignment with intention and identity
Relationships & Intimacy
When connection feels strained, distant, or increasingly difficult to sustain.
Disconnection, tension, or loss of trust
Difficulty being emotionally available
Patterns that repeat despite effort to change them
Focus of the work:
Identify relational patterns at their root
Developing capacity for presence, honesty, and connection
Rebuilding trust—internally and within the relationship
Money, Work & Performance Patterns
When drive and success are high—but something underneath feels unresolved.
Constant pressure to achieve more without resolution
Difficulty slowing down or feeling settled
A sense that performance is carrying more than it should
Focus of the work:
Identify the role performance plays in your system
Separating identity from output
Creating a more stable internal baseline—not dependent on achievement
Underlying Patterns & Early Conditioning
The deeper layer that connects everything above.
Repeated dynamics across different areas of life
Emotional responses that feel disproportionate or automatic
Patterns that persist even when you understand them intellectually
Focus of the work:
Identifying the underlying structure driving the system
Working through early conditioning that continues to shape responses
Building new ways of relating—to yourself, others, and internal states
The work may begin in one area—but it rarely stays contained there.

About
You’re not here because something is obviously broken.
From the outside, your life likely works. You perform. You handle responsibility. You’ve built something.
But in certain areas—patterns around sex, relationships, or the way you operate internally—something isn’t lining up. And the way you usually solve problems doesn’t work here.
This is the work I do.
The work I do is structured, direct, and depth-oriented.
It’s not focused on managing behavior—it’s focused on understanding and changing what’s driving it.
The goal isn’t control—it’s alignment between how you think, act, and live.
I work primarily with high-performing men, as well as individuals and couples navigating the impact of these patterns.
Most are capable, self-directed, and used to figuring things out on their own—until that approach stops being enough.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). I also hold certifications as a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach (CTNC) and Certified Life Coach (CLC), informing a broader, systems-based approach to change.
I am an out-of-network provider. Many clients receive reimbursement through their insurance plans.
I maintain a focused caseload to support depth of work. Limited sliding scale availability is offered for both individual and group services.
If this resonates, the next step is a consultation to see if this work is the right fit.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
A consultation is a chance to get clear on what’s happening, how this work would approach it, and whether it’s the right fit.
There’s no pressure to commit. Just a focused conversation.
